Booking in Advance: By pre-booking and paying before the event you can save yourself £5. This is already included in the below tickets. However a pre-booked ticket is not 100% refundable.
New Player Discount: New player gets £15 off their first event. New players are defined as having not attended any event in the past 36 months.*
Bring a Friend Reimbursement: Existing members may refer new players for a reimbursement off their ticket after the event. Each new player brought is £5 refunded up to a maximum of £50. Member will be contacted within 14 days of event ending to organise a bank transfer if they cannot be reimbursed on the field.*

A Note About Thursday
We know that some of our members travel a long distance to join us, so to make things a little easier we allow people on site a day early to give them time to set up their camp before time in. In return we charge a small camping fee and ask that people assist the organisers with any set up or tasks that they might require on the Friday. For more information about this please don't hesitate to contact us.

Weekend Ticket
The weekend ticket covers the entire event from the Friday to the Monday with the option to add camping on the Thurday night. It is intended for those who wish to play their own character for the event.
This price already includes a £5 discount for prebooking/paying before the event
New Player Ticket
The ticket covers the entire event from the Friday to the Monday with the option to add camping on the Thurday night. It is intended for those who wish to play their own character for the event and are new players.
Child 12-17 Ticket
The child ticket is for those aged 12-17 at the start of an event. Children under the age of 12 at the start of an event come for free and only need a booking form.
Crew Ticket
The crew ticket covers the entire event from Friday to the Monday with the option to add camping on the Thursday night. This ticket is for those who want to be a part of the NPC crew for the event. Please note that we do not allow under 18s to crew. For a limited time there will be up to 15 free crew tickets. Attending as a member of crew does not affect your new player discount if you haven't attended as a player before.
Day/Night Ticket
A day/night ticket covers a period of 24 hours from when you've booked yourself into the event. It is intended for those who want to come and play their own character but can't commit to an entire weekend.
